"I admire Dave and his team's warm-hearted approach to doing business. If their character is anything to go by, then service must be excellent!"

"David is the best. I send an email with a question or concern and get a call or text immediately. I never had an insurance agent that I felt so comfortable with. It’s rare with any service to get real attention and support from a rep or agent, but I honestly feel like he is on my team and working for me whenever I need him. I can’t recommend him enough, and really feel like he deserves all the praise he could get."
We responded:
"Thanks Darius, I appreciate the kind words. I am glad we have been there when you have needed us."

"This guy and his employees are rude, and shady! We, (that being My Mom brother and I), had a policy with him for about 2 years. Slowly surely they kept raising the rates. When I would ask why I really wouldn't get an answer. I finally ended up going to a different company. When we were all set up and ready to go my Mom called and cancelled the policy on January 22. The lady, (Who she did not get her name because she didn't think cancelling the policy would be such a big to do) She seemed as if we just woke her up from a nap, asked why and she told her. And as far as we knew it was cancelled, done and over with. A couple weeks later we received a failure to pay/cancel policy notice. We just assumed it was to show we cancelled. Because we have automatic payment and since my Mom had called they hadn't taken out any money. Then my Mom got a phone call a couple days ago from a Monica. She missed her call and tried to call right back couldn't get a hold of her. Trying to get a hold of these people is very difficult. Finally she called this morning and told my Mom we hadn't paid. When my Mom told Monica she had called and cancelled she in so many words told my Mom she hadn't called and cancelled. This lady talked sooo much but gave so little information. My Mom could barely get a word in. So my brother tried talking to her got the same problem. Monica finally said ok well we need a letter saying you cancelled. So we did that. Cancelling the policy should not be that difficult. I get it you don't want to loose a customer but do not make my life miserable and and be rude. I don't know what the problem is but what I do know is I won't be going through Statefarm again."
